Nick’s philosophy on training is one that encompasses multiple muscle groups to create a positive adaptation in a client’s functionality. Nick prides himself in identifying imbalances and focusing on kinetic checkpoints to ensure optimal adaptation to exercise. Nick tends to focus on a more functional, rehabilitative mindset when working with clients to establish a base for future sessions involving progressive overload. Additionally, he communicates effectively with clients to create a realistic and attainable goal so their progress can easily be measured.
