Josh attended Ball State University receiving his Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. He is an AFAA certified personal trainer with over 14 years experience. He is also certified in TRX and Gravity training. These are perfect alternatives to traditional weight training, they use body weight and gravity to give you a great workout. Josh is also a TPI instructor ( Titleist Performance Institute) for golf fitness. Josh has had a wide variety of experience he has and currently works with post therapy clients all the way to athletes! In his spare time Josh competes in a variety of different competitions. He has done many half marathons, triathlon’s, obstacle/mud runs and more than he could count 5’k!
